This 100% finance is designed for company owned businesses that mainly trade with other businesses (ie business to business). If you trade mainly with the public it is 80%

If you say No to any of the below then you may qualify for 80% finance
Am self employed and registered for gst
Are a company or a trust
Have been trading for 24 months
Lodge BAS every quarter
There has been no changes in shareholding, directors, ownership in last 18 months
We invoice other Australian businesses
You invoice customers when work is complete
We use Xero, MYOB or Quickbooks
Have more than $125k in unpaid invoices Max Property Purchase Price $500,000
OR Have more than $250k in unpaid invoices Max Property Purchase Price $1m
You have no outstanding tax
Will be buying the property you will be trading in.
Have clean credit
Property is in or near a major metro area
If you say Yes to all the above then you may qualify for 100% finance
If you say No to any of the above then you may qualify for 80% finance
Note, this is a pilot programme and is very early stage.
Each application is on case by case basis, and the interest rate will be determined by the risk.
This programme is based on a Low Doc Commercial basis.

However, you will be required to produce BAS statements, management accounts (eg myob), debtor ledger, and a clear tax portal to show no outstanding tax.
Of course you will need to provide ID, draft contract of sale etc. and any applicant must demonstrate servicing.
